Re: pkg/53236: graphics/gegl conflicts with sysutils/coreutils

I would like to propose renaming the gcut from gegl to gegl-gcut.

- There is already a gegl-imgcmp program
- gcut is an interactive program to cut videos, not something that
gets called by other software such as GIMP.
