# pkgin install wbm-net-1.831
# chgrp wheel /usr/pkg/etc/webmin/net/config
# chmod 0660 /usr/pkg/etc/webmin/net/config
# /etc/rc.d/webmin start

http://hostname:10000 and login
=> no Network Configuration module
http://hostname:10000/net
=> The module is not available on your system
