It depends on what you mean. I'd made the same fix locally to get the
package to build again, but the shortcoming with it is the same as why
(I assume) the harfbuzz package proper had the change to now pull the
distribution's file to a sub-directory. Otherwise, the build will break
if the older version of the distribution's file is still present, and
users would have to manually remove it first. Not that big of a deal,
perhaps. But that was the crux of this PR: what is "most correct"? I'm
fine to close this if no one else is concerned.
