 Can you please provide also the icu version failing to build
 (e.g. via `make show-var VARNAME=3DPKGNAME')
 
 (At least on both NetBSD/amd64 and NetBSD/evbarm (aarch64) -current,
 icu-64.2 build and work fine here)
