 If you add
 PKG_OPTIONS.fvwm=-svg
 
 to /etc/mk.conf
 
 make clean; make install
 
 It will not pull in Rust.
 
 It's somewhat unintuitive, but unfortunately the Rust dependency is
 through librsvg, and what it does is SVG support.
