 That's a regression of docbook-xsl-1.79.2 update (and also nb1 and nb2
 versions are affected).
 
 Downgrading it to docbook-xsl-1.79.1nb4 workaround that.

 Unfortunately I have not analyzed further the root cause of this
 problem.
