mail/mutt CONFLICTs with mail/neomutt but it doesn't need to as the two packages don't have any filenames that conflict. I believe they did have conflicting filenames in the past but this is no longer the case.
>How-To-Repeat:
1. Install mail/mutt
2. Attempt to install mail/neomutt
An error message will be displayed as the two packages conflict.

From mail/mutt/Makefile remove:
CONFLICTS+=             neomutt-[0-9]*
