 I think it's reasonable to assume this has no users, since it's not
 present in any other package collections any more. So, I'm moving
 towards remove. But I can't reproduce the problem where the binary
 isn't executable.
 
 I'm curious whether wiz has an opinion, since he imported this back
 in 2001 (!). It hasn't been updated or touched much since.
