If I apt install "weblint" on Debian 9, then I get (to my surprise) www/p5-HTML-Lint.

www/p5-HTML-Lint is a drop-in replacement also providing a program named weblint. The one and only www/weblint seems to be better, though.

It might be time to remove www/weblint from pkgsrc.
