Harfbuzz fails to compile when building meta/xfce4.

Missing integer-types.h, public-macros.h, and mac-support.h from fonts/harfbuzz/work/.x11-buildlink/include/freetype2/freetype/config/ as called by ftconfig.h. 

Compilation fails.

Build meta/xfce or fonts/harfbuzz from clean install.

Dug up these files in some other OS's package managers, threw them in the folder, and the package built fine...
