This is caused by a corrupted package database; the installed perl
package thinks something that doesn't exist depends on it. Run
pkg-admin rebuild-tree to fix.

That is not the problem (nor a problem at all, all packages have been
xz for years) -- notice that it's complaining about p5-Socket6-0.29,
not p5-Socket6-0.29nb2.
