 Some packages have restrictions for redistribution. These can be found
 by looking for the following variables in the package Makefile:
 
     NO_BIN_ON_FTP
     NO_SRC_ON_FTP
 
 as well as:
 
     NO_BIN_ON_CDROM
     NO_SRC_ON_CDROM
 
 While there will still be a checksum in the SHA512.bz2 file, the
 corresponding binary packages will not be available for download.
