 Works for me on NetBSD 10.99.3/amd64.
 
 => Creating binary package /packages/All/apr-util-1.6.3.tgz
 
 # pkg_info
 ...
 apr-1.7.3nb1        Apache Portable Runtime
 
 Please check the config.log file for details what fails in your environment.
