These are the ones I know about:

ImageMagick
tin
p7zip
gv
nethack-tty

In /usr/pkg/etc/pkgin/repositories.conf I had/have

https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/9.0/All
the above failed and I changed it to
https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/9.0_2023Q2/All
no luck, this was on a new install of amd64 9.3 release

I checked i386 on cdn.netbsd.org and the packages exist but are missing for amd64, details:

9.0 amd64 - missing
9.0_2022Q4 amd64 -- missing
9.0_2023Q1 amd64 -- missing
9.0_2023Q2 amd64 -- missing
9.3 amd64 -- missing
9.0_current amd64 -- found

9.0 i386 -- found
9.0_2022Q4 i386 -- found
9.0_2023Q1 i386 -- found
9.0_2023Q1 i386 -- found

9.3 i386 -- found
