>Description:
The Dino XMPP instant messenger from the current pkgsrc binaries (2023/11/29, dino-0.3.0nb11) fails to execute.
The error given, is the following one:
drian@www3 ~ % dino
(dino:15532): libsoup-ERROR **: 11:24:04.786: libsoup3 symbols detected. Using libsoup2 and libsoup3 in the same process is not supported.
zsh: trace trap (core dumped) dino
The problem is, that the dino instant messanger software package installs libsoup2 and libsoup3, both at the same time.
Thank you very much for your kind attention.
Adrian KieÃ?
>How-To-Repeat:
# pkgin install dino-0.3.0nb11
>Fix:
Fix dependency, on both, libsoup2 and libsoup3 package, at the same time.
