 Just want to point out that jperkin made a commit
 related to the problem with installing files in
 /etc/opt/pkg instead of /opt/pkg/etc. The problem
 was that -D was missing from the CMake argument.
 So maybe this can be closed?

 Not entirely sure how this worked for anyone previously, for me with an etc
 under $PREFIX it tried to find things in /etc/$PREFIX.
