pkgsrc is missing the Qt6 equivalent of x11/qt5-qttranslations (which does exist upstream).

As an example of a problem caused by its absence, LXQt 2.0 (based on Qt6), when used in German language, misses a lot of its keyboard shortcuts because the name of the Ctrl key ("Strg" in German) is not properly translated, rendering all shortcuts using Ctrl non-functional.
