 I wonder if this is the same bug that I am seeing with Go builds on
 earmv7hf (10.0 and 10.1)! I filed https://gnats.netbsd.org/58871 for
 my issues. The symptom is processes becoming "stuck" and making no
 progress. Doing "reboot" in this situation seems to succeed but
 doesn't actually shut down the system. My suspicion is a kernel bug of
 some sort.
