Re: pkg/58988: cad/dinotrace fails in texi2dvi

Curious to know why this isn't failing for anyone else!  Bulktracker
shows all green:

But this reproducibly fails for me.  If I add TOOL_DEPENDS tex-pdftex,
it works.  (Not sure if that's the minimal dependency.)

Since this isn't failing in other bulk builds, maybe I should try to
figure out why it fails for me before applying this workaround --
maybe it's a hardcoded-/usr/pkg issue or something.
