I have, although the lack of space and power prevent building them
 currently.

Nothing on the build machine has meaningfully changed since 9.0_2021Q3. I
use a sparc chroot with libkver on an UltraSPARC machine.

Does this issue still occur on the last available set of sparc binary
 packages?
