It seems to be missing the pkgconfig buildlink3.mk, and so can't find
libmatchbox properly, and so is doing a standalone build.

The trouble is that I can't reproduce this locally.

I've added the pkgconfig buildlink3.mk file to the package locally,
but it still builds fine - like I say, I can't reproduce the problem.

I have another bulk build running now, I'll see if the problem occurs
in that one.

I'll also fix the dylan-compiler PLIST, just as soon as I have built the
package.
