The content of /usr/pkg is nuked at start of the bulk build, so 
/usr/pkg/etc/gconf/schemas is re-added by some package built before 
devel/GConf...

I'll try to find out which package that adds it (the build is currently at 
4108/5200, so it should be added rather soon...)
