FYI,

Our trunk builds are now performed on a newer SmartOS platform, where
the builtin libraries such as zlib and openssl are no longer available
for linking against.  This is now exposing any packages which require
such features but do not have the necessary dependencies set up.

This explains the drop in successful packages and why there are a lot
of new failures.
