Now you need to bump the dependency and the "nb" number for all packages
that depend on "png". All the binary packages on ftp.netbsd.org that
now depend on png>something are going to be broken as soon as this binary
package gets updated anyway, but at least if you bump, the _latest_
versions won't be broken.
