Log Message:
* Strongly buildlinkify.
* Use LIBTOOL_OVERRIDE instead of LTCONFIG_OVERRIDE so pkgsrc libtool is
  actually invoked.
* Make sure that *-config scripts are invoked as $*_CONFIG so that the
  wrappers can be used instead.
