Log Message:
Always build a dynamically-linked perl on Darwin, as the build process
doesn't let us do it any other way.  Also force the man1 pages to be
installed into ${PREFIX}/man/man1 instead of ${PREFIX}/share/man/man1,
as per hier(7).
