Update to ja-jsclasses-0.0.0.20030316 (old dist file is no longer available)

Lots of changes (from the changelog run through babelfish):

[ 2003-03-16 ] Until now, the block letter was addresssed as a italic and the Japanese character font which corresponds to non-commutative field, but, it modified in mincho typeface. There are times when the abundant
