Make this threaded; link libpthread.so in advance and use threaded versions
of libc functions.  Otherwise, it dies when libpthread.so is dynamically
loaded by dl_open(3).

Supposed to fix PR21522, Gnucash dies on startup.

Bump revision to 2.
