Note initial import of p5-Crypt-CipherSaber version 0.60 as
security/p5-Crypt-CipherSaber into the NetBSD Packages Collection.

The CipherSaber Perl module provides an object oriented interface to
CipherSaber-1 and CipherSaber-2 encryption.
