I think what Kembe-san implied was that we don't get binary packages
of the PHP module for both apache and apache2.
But anyway, as soon as we use options.mk or the like, we loose on
binary packages availability. The only solution is to provide a set
of packages that represents a default combination. In that sense,
having only ap-php doesn't looks to me as the most abusive default.
It's far from a strong opinion though.
