Aisleriot:
 - Fixed Helsinki and Neighbor is click-to-move mode.
 - Fix Will-o-the-Wisp to stop it making incorect moves.

 - Remove a C99ism, we should compile with gcc 2.98 again.
 - Handle missing themes better.

Gnometris:
 - Handle missing themes better.

Iagno:
 - Fix a crasher in the hard AI.
 - Handle missing themes better.

 - Redraw the board properly when starting a new game.
