Update koffice to 1.4.0b

1.4.0b Changes since 1.4.0a
* Crash when pressing Quit on startup
* KSpread crashes when rendering obscured cells
* KWord crash when updating TOC with table inside of it
* Revised OASIS saving in KSpread
* Revised OASIS support in KPresenter
* Many improvements and bugfixes in Krita and Kexi.
* Various other bugfixes.
