Log Message:
- _FETCH_MESSAGE, BUILDLINK_RECOMMENDED.* and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.* are
  deprecated.
- CONFLICT is just a spelling mistake and therefore should not appear
  in the list of deprecated variables.
- Made handling of parameterized variables more uniform.
