Then we should have an option to selectively exclude certain files from
the check. I had the same problem with UnrealIRCd where a script that
wasn't even installed, or used, was flagged. Because of the copyright
on that file SKIP_PORTABILITY_CHECK was set to "yes" and now I miss out
on the functionality all together. If we had something like:
SKIP_PORTABILITY_CHECK=irrelevant_file.sh
We could get round this but still get all the benefits of the check.
