To be precise the build log looks now like:

[successful output]
[failing command]
[error messages from failing command]
[newline]
[wrapper message reeating the above command]
[make error]
[make bailing out]

Anyone a bit used to reading the logs will now have to reorder from and
go back another paragraph. Given that gcc invocations can be extremely
long, that's nasty IMO.
