Update jwm from 1.8rc1 to 1.8:

    * Fixed a seg fault when tray buttons point to invalid root menus.
    * Hide popups when the mouse moves over them.
    * Fix alt+left click window moving so windows don't jump.
    * Allow windows to be lowered with alt+right click.

    * Unmaximize maximized windows that resize themselves.
