Why is it needed?
I think that there are other lang/python/egg.mk packages that just
defines PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE without directly including
it.

Does pkgsrc/www/py-aiohttp/Makefile 1.29 fixes the scan stage?
