Well I was just trying to fix Jasons build problem so
doing this seemed like the quickest and safest solution.
The jitter entropy engine can be disabled using a configure
option, but when fixing this I didn't know about this.
If you think it is better to disable it and remove the patch
(making future updates easier) go ahead and do it if you want.
