I did a copy and paste of two lines from Makefile to /etc/mk.conf.
After the first make package, I didnt see changes in my new package.
The problem was in the name of the variables.

IMAP_UW_CCLIENT_MBOX_FMT=     unix
IMAP_UW_MAILSPOOLHOME=        .Hidden
