I'm using the following in /etc/mk.conf:
CLEANDEPENDS=                   YES
DEPENDS_TARGET=                 package
PACKAGES=                      
${PKGBINDIR}/${OPSYS}-${OS_VERSION}/${MACHINE_ARCH}

This build binary packages as soon as I build/rebuild/update any pkgsrc on
any of my system.
