yea. Its not entirely clear unless you read that text. Since its listed
in the default/suggested, it becomes active. It therefore has to be
actively declined.

I can't help seeing this as a bug-ette. If I set via = in mk.conf
rather than additive +=, you would expect that to be applied surely?
