What packages are failing for you?
What are you using for X? (Native with your Linux system? All X from
pkgsrc?)
What are you using for pkgsrc X11_TYPE?

That is very old and not maintained. I am not sure why it is in pkgsrc.
See pkgsrc/x11/libXfixes/
I am guessing you need to set in your mk.conf file:
X11_TYPE=modular
