That's surprising to me, what's the stacktrace?

On both NetBSD 9.0 and 9.99.100, I get:

$ netpgp --list-keys rhialto
netpgp: unknown option -- list-keys
/home/rillig/.gnupg/pubring.gpg: No such file or directory
Can't read pubring /home/rillig/.gnupg/pubring.gpg
can't initialise

The last 3 lines should not be printed, I reported the unusual style of
print-and-continue error handling as https://gnats.netbsd.org/57041.
