* Fix vulnerabilities CVE-2021-42612, CVE-2021-42613, and CVE-2021-42614
* Ignore leading whitespace in an input file
* Support SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH to override the current time
* Disallow the zero Unicode character in all input
* Disallow \u with no following hex digits at all
* Bug fixes
