Thanks - I did extend it.  There is now a fixup-needing file in libexec.

As to jperkin's comment about excluding from checks: Perhaps, but I
don't understand the details enough to commit that.  I did feel
comfortable enough to extend, because libexec/foo and bin/foo are
basically the same thing.   The corretness of my commit relies on
induction :-)
