Release of sox_ng-14.5.0

Dear SoX package maintainers


I'm happy to annouce the first minor (bugfix + new feature) release of 
sox_ng,

the hard fork of sox.sf.net that I was forced to make to be able to 
sanitize it and

incorporate work done by many devs since its last release 14.4.2 nine 
years ago.


Apart from making six-monthly releases in each of the micro and minor 
series,

it fixes all known CVEs in sox-14.4.2 (the distros that packaged 
sox.sf.net tip 42b355

fail some CVEs that 14,4,2 passes!), includes patches for other bugs and 
this one has

some of the work done to improve/extend SoX over the last nine years.
