wip/hcloud upgrade: build error

Trying to upgrade wip/hcloud to latest release, when I get this:

    ===> Building for hcloud-1.49.0
    go: cannot find GOROOT directory: /usr/pkgsrc/work/lang/go123/work/go
    *** Error code 2

Any pointers on how to go about this?
