Hi all,

I am about to switch the default Haskell compiler from GHC 9.8 to 9.10.I have tested the new compiler on all of the platforms our GHC supports,but if it causes problems please let me know.

Unlike the previous compiler it can now build Haskell packagescontaining C++ code on Darwin, and as a consequence, converters/pandocnow builds on Darwin. (Sorry I should have tested GHC more thoroughly onthis platform.)
