It's especially since the harfbuzz dependency tree includes help2man:

	autoconf-2.72            wants help2man
	automake-1.16.5nb3       wants autoconf
	libuv-1.50.0             wants automake
	cmake-3.31.7             wants libuv
	re2c-4.1                 wants cmake
	ninja-build-1.12.1nb1    wants re2c
	meson-1.7.2nb1           wants ninja-build
	gtk-doc-1.34.0nb4        wants meson
	harfbuzz-11.0.1          wants gtk-doc

The last line above conflicts with the need to not have help2man !!!
