nmh: Update wip/nmh to 1.7

Changes (only from 1.7RC3, the complete changelog will be
committed when mail/nmh in pkgsrc will be updated, this is from ChangeLog):
1.7

 - Add -noprefer switch to mhshow, mhstore, and mhlist
 - Change the priority ordering for multiple -prefer switches (to allows the
   command line to override the user's profile)
 - Add a -credentials argument when we call post.
 - Send a QUIT instead of RSET at session end when doing 'whom'.
